Jeff Hinderscheid is a dynamic and accomplished professional dedicated to helping your business step into the spotlight and receive the attention and accolades it deserves!

With over a decade of experience in health and human services and in working with children in the performing arts. With a BA in Drama from UC Irvine and a Masters degree in Psychology with a specialization in Mental Health Administration, Jeff brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to his role as the Executive Director of Sol Treasures, which is a small arts non-profit in a small rural town. Throughout his 11 years with the Monterey County Department of Social Services, Jeff served in three departments and eventually rose to the role of a journey-level social worker V in child welfare. Along the way to family and children’s services, Jeff worked in the community benefits branch assisting families in need of public assistance, as well as aging and adult services as a social worker with the aged and disabled populations of the county, and he became a staff trainer for incoming staff in all departments. His experience with the many disadvantaged and underserved populations in Monterey County helped him develop a deep commitment to improving the lives of those in his community, and he continues to do so through his passion for the arts.

As an avid arts enthusiast and performing artist, Jeff is dedicated to sharing the arts with all populations throughout the community.  Jeff currently sits on the Board of Directors of the South Monterey County Center for the Performing Arts, and teaches Psychology at Hartnell College in the evenings. As a skilled and dedicated professional, Jeff is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those around him through his work and through his zeal and enthusiastic love for the arts.

Jeff believes the arts have the power to heal, unite, empower, and create strong and compassionate youth today, for a healthier society tomorrow. Jeff also believes that the heart and soul of a thriving society rests with our business owners. Their contribution to our communities and the economy is unmatched, and it deserves to be seen.

That said, Jeff noticed the serious decline in audience attendance, actor and designer participation in local regional theaters, and the overall presence of the arts in Monterey County. In addition, businesses were shutting down, while others that weren't even on the radar were suddenly filling brick and mortar locations unbeknownst to almost anyone in the community! While there are a lot of great business, and a ton of wonderful theater companies and hard working actors, it's been difficult to get customers in the doors, or cast productions and get people to come and see the beauty of live performance. Jeff started digging into what this was about and noticed that there is a huge disconnect between not just the arts and the digital landscape and understanding of online presence, but most small businesses. Because of this, Jeff started his own agency, and here at Center Stage Global, his goal as an agency owner and the CEO is to find ways to solve this issues, but using SEO strategies, Social Media campaigns, Google Ads, and other digital tactics to bring small business owners into the future and back into focus here in Monterey County and beyond.
